Apprenticeship training out of conviction

Meeting the skilled labour needs of tomorrow - that's why we invest in our young talent: The high quality of our apprentice training in our in-house training workshops, coupled with the MACO Apprentice Academy and many other training programmes, shows that we take this mission very seriously - and have done so for more than 50 years.

This commitment pays off in two ways: the comprehensively trained employees use their expertise at MACO and ensure the quality of our products and processes; we also keep the region alive and economically strong.

Realistic & practice-orientated

In addition to the MACO Apprentice Academy, which focusses on personal development, numerous further training courses relevant to everyday life take place, for example on dealing with money or addictive substances, lean management courses or safety training.

Safety first

During the safety training sessions organised jointly with AUVA, all apprentices were made aware of potential hazards at the various workplaces and all active instructors were also prepared for emergencies.

Apprentice exchange

What makes the Salzburg site tick? What makes surface technology in Trieben special? By exchanging apprentices between the MACO plants, we create another opportunity for knowledge transfer.
